How does Trippick work?

Send a photo of any product you see in Korea — in a shop, on the street, or on a website. Trippick's AI matches it to a real listing at a Korean retailer and shows you the product, the price, and whether it is in stock. You confirm, you pay in the app, and we buy it for you and deliver it to the accommodation you are staying at.

Can I buy Korean skincare and have it delivered to my hotel?

Yes. K-Beauty is the most common thing people order. Photograph the toner, serum, cushion, or sheet mask you want, and Trippick sources it from Korean retailers such as Olive Young and delivers it to your hotel or guesthouse. You never have to find the shop yourself.

What else can I order through Trippick?

Anything Korean retailers sell: K-Beauty skincare and cosmetics, K-Fashion clothing and shoes, Korean food and snacks, K-Pop merchandise, and everyday Korean household brands. If you can photograph it or name it, we will try to source it.

Do I need to speak Korean to use Trippick?

No. Trippick works in English, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, and the photo does the talking. Our concierge replies in your language, so you never have to speak Korean or walk into the shop yourself.

Where in South Korea does Trippick deliver?

To the accommodation you are staying at — hotels, guesthouses, and rentals — in Seoul, Busan, Jeju, and other places tourists stay. You give us the accommodation name and your check-in and check-out dates when you order.

When will my order arrive?

Trippick books the earliest delivery day that still falls inside your stay, and sets the cut-off from your check-out date, so an order never turns up after you have left. If nothing can reach you in time, we tell you instead of shipping it and hoping.

How much does Trippick cost?

You pay the product price plus a 10% service fee and a ₩4,500 delivery fee, all shown before you pay. Creating an account and using the app cost nothing.

Is Trippick the seller?

No. Trippick is a purchasing agent — the seller is the Korean retailer the item comes from. We buy on your behalf under an authorisation you agree to before payment, and the order terms say so plainly.

What happens if the product is sold out or costs more than quoted?

You set the rules before you pay: a price ceiling above the quoted price, and what we should do if that exact item is unavailable — buy the same product from another seller, or refund you. If the price goes past your ceiling we ask you rather than spending more.

Do I need to download an app or create an account?

No download — Trippick is a progressive web app that runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen. You can browse without an account, and you sign in with your email when you order so we can reach you and know where to deliver.
